From building a lender to advising the decision.

George’s experience was formed inside a lending business. As co-founder and inaugural CEO of Assetline Capital, his responsibilities extended from product development and capital relationships to recruitment, operations and the financial performance of the business.

Construction lending brought those responsibilities together. A product had to make sense for the borrower, meet the credit requirements of the lender and work within the expectations of funding partners. Building national origination coverage added another dimension: making that proposition work through people and relationships across five states.

His subsequent executive role at Assetline Capital / AltX Financial Group combined origination and structuring with credit committee participation and recovery strategy. It is that breadth — commercial ambition alongside responsibility for the credit outcome — that informs the Creditwright proposition.
