Behind every
loan, a bigger
picture.
A development taking shape. A lender building its next chapter. A credit position that needs a way forward. Creditwright brings George Khoury and Jason Lucas together across credit, strategy, systems and the teams that turn a plan into execution.
Applied with judgement.
Credit is a transaction.
Getting it right is a craft.
A wright is a maker. Creditwright brings that idea to the work of shaping credit: considered, practical and built around its purpose.
For a developer, the question may begin with the next stage of a project. For a lender, it may be how to turn a funding mandate into a sustainable business. When a loan comes under pressure, the question changes again: what can be done from here?
George brings the perspective of building a lender, structuring transactions and managing difficult credit positions. Jason brings the work of setting strategy, leading sales teams and developing the systems that connect origination with execution. Together, those disciplines give Creditwright a view of both the transaction and the business delivering it.

Two complementary perspectives on the same challenge: building lending businesses that can originate thoughtfully, make informed decisions and execute consistently.

First-hand experience.
From building a lender
to advising the decision.
George’s experience was formed inside a lending business. As co-founder and inaugural CEO of Assetline Capital, his responsibilities extended from product development and capital relationships to recruitment, operations and the financial performance of the business.
Construction lending brought those responsibilities together. A product had to make sense for the borrower, meet the credit requirements of the lender and work within the expectations of funding partners. Building national origination coverage added another dimension: making that proposition work through people and relationships across five states.
His subsequent executive role at Assetline Capital / AltX Financial Group combined origination and structuring with credit committee participation and recovery strategy. It is that breadth—commercial ambition alongside responsibility for the credit outcome—that informs the Creditwright proposition.

Co-founded and led the business, launched its construction lending product and developed institutional investor and wholesale funding relationships. The platform’s transaction history exceeded $5B, as recorded in his 2025 career profile.

Jason

Set the direction.
Build the operating model.
Equip the team to execute.
From commercial strategy
to the work on the ground.
Jason’s focus is the connection between a business’s ambition and its ability to deliver. His work spans strategy, systems, operations and the leadership of high-performing sales teams, with a particular interest in how technology can improve the way credit businesses operate.
Commercial lending and sales leadership sit behind that perspective. A team needs a clear proposition and the discipline to follow through. It also needs usable information, defined responsibilities and a reliable handover into credit and operations.
At Creditwright, Jason brings those elements together: helping shape the strategy, design the operating approach and organise the people and systems required to execute it.
Developing and launching GS Financial Group
Jason developed and launched GS Financial Group and its market-facing brands, extending his work from commercial leadership into building a business and its supporting credit infrastructure.
The group connects specialist origination with credit assessment and execution. Its public platform architecture includes Get Solutions for intermediaries, Get Private for direct origination and GS Engine as the operating infrastructure.

Get Solutions brings the proposition into the broker and property-finance market. Jason’s work in credit technology focuses on connecting scenario capture, deal information, workflow, assessment and execution so teams can work from a more coherent operating process.
For Creditwright clients, this provides a practical foundation for discussing technology: begin with the work the business needs to do, then decide which systems and automation will support it.

distribution.
A funding commitment is the beginning. The distribution model makes it work.
Creditwright advises on the connections between institutional capital, credit mandates, mortgage managers and origination. The focus is practical: who can originate, what qualifies, how credit is assessed and how transactions reach execution.
The Funding Partner story brings this thinking into focus: a distribution business established for Pallas Capital, connecting mortgage managers with institutional funding through a defined credit program.
