Connecting origination with credit execution
How Jason Lucas developed GS Financial Group and Get Solutions to connect origination, assessment and execution in one operating model.
Businesses and systems developed by Jason Lucas
CASE NOTES
GS Financial Group was developed to connect specialist origination with credit assessment and execution, supported by its own operating infrastructure.
Jason Lucas developed and launched GS Financial Group and its market-facing brands, extending his work from commercial leadership into building a business and the credit infrastructure behind it.
The group’s public platform architecture includes Get Solutions for intermediaries, Get Private for direct origination and GS Engine as the operating infrastructure. The technology work focuses on connecting scenario capture, deal information, workflow, assessment and execution into one coherent process.
The capability delivered is an operating model in which origination and credit execution are connected rather than handed across gaps — a practical reference for how information, responsibilities and handovers can be designed. These are businesses and systems Jason developed, referenced as experience rather than Creditwright client engagements.
For a lending business improving workflow and delivery, this is first-hand experience of designing the process before the software — and of what it takes for a team to adopt it.
